Secrets and Lies

We get a lot of strange, unfillable requests at the video store. Customers will read some random article about a movie or even provide a vague description of something they once saw on television and simply assume that we can obtain a brand-new, professionally mastered DVD copy within a few days. Perhaps the most hilarious example was the woman who thought we made the DVD's ourselves in the back of the store.

"That title's out of print," my co-worker explained. "There aren't any more copies."

"Well why can't you make some more?" the idiot customer replied, imagining, deep within the bowels of Laser Blazer, some fantastical device similar in design to a Bessemer Converter, in which entire movie reels are ground into easy-to-transport, high-quality DVD's.

Sometimes, people will hear an infomercial or radio ad for some self-help product and assume that we will necessarily carry such things. Most of the time, the fake guru behind these fraudulent lectures sells the products him or herself, the better to gouge gullible senior citizens without the hassle of going through a middle man.

Recently, a lot (a lot!) of people have been asking about a movie called The Secret. At first, I assumed it was some TV movie or whatever that came out on DVD that we simply forgot to pre-order. But I couldn't find any evidence of the thing's existence in our computer. It was only when a customer indicated that it might have a secondary title, something like The Art of Happiness that I grew suspicious.

It turns out, The Secret is a movie that proposes to teach viewers, over the course of 2 hours, the success technique employed by history's greatest geniuses and achievers. It's available on DVD, but only from this website, but you can also download it to your computer for the low low cost of $5.

The Secret has existed throughout the history of humankind. It has been discovered, coveted, suppressed, hidden, lost and recovered. It has been hunted down, stolen, and bought for vast sums of money. Now for the first time in history, The Secret is being revealed to the world over two breathtaking hours.

Look, people, here's a tip: If someone's offering to sell you history's greatest secret, an understanding so deep and penetrating that it has inspired centuries of searching and conflict, for $20 on a DVD...that person is a liar. Okay?

It takes all of 2 seconds on this website to figure out the obvious branding these charlatans are going for. All the graphics, the copy, the style of the entire enterprise smacks of The Da Vinci Code. They're clearly hoping the same fools who believed the dross in that book will accept this new quasi-historical fiction with the same blank, slack-jawed, unquestioning outlook.

A number of exceptional men and women discovered The Secret, and went on to become known as the greatest people who ever lived. Among them: Plato, Leonardo, Galileo, Napoleon, Hugo, Beethoven, Lincoln, Edison, Einstein and Carnegie, to name but a few.

Hey, where are the women? But besides that blatant discrepancy, doesn't this list sound totally made up? Like a compilation of Great Men of History that someone just threw together. I mean, what do these people even have in common aside from noteriety? Scientists, philosophers, musicians, physicists, businessmen, politicians, astronomers, novelists and generals? Any secret that could apply to all of them would have to be so vague and widely applied, it would be utterly meaningless.

Fragments of The Secret have been found in the oral traditions, in literature, in religions and philosophies throughout the centuries. For the first time, all the pieces of The Secret come together in an incredible revelation which will be life transforming for all who experience it.

Yowza. An incredible revelation which will be life transforming for all who experience it. Just like Kangaroo Jack!

They're really going for the hard sell here. Why do I feel like this copy was composed by Sheldon "The Machine" Levine? "We're offering life-transforming revelations this week, Dan. I'm trying to do you a favor!...Um, Grace, can you get me Socrates on Line 5 and two first-class tickets for myself and Charles Baudelaire to D.C. for next Tuesday?"

Some of today's greatest teachers will be presented in The Secret and will impart this special wisdom that has been known by so few. They include some of the world's leaders in the fields of business, economics, medicine, psychology, history, theology and science.

And by "business, economics, medicine, psychology, history, theology and sicnece," they mean, "a bunch of touchy-feely New Age bullshit." I mean, let's just take one of those claims...Theology? Who are the world's leaders in the field of theology and are they really on this DVD? Does Pope Joey Ratz make an appearance?

Included are; 'Miracle Man' Morris Goodman, who tells his awe inspiring story of how he recovered from paralysis by using The Secret.

This must be how Christopher Reeve walked around in those commercials! And you all thought it was just cheesy special effects...

Dr. Denis Waitley, who used various aspects of The Secret in training Olympic athletes and Apollo astronauts to reach new heights of human endeavour.

I'm surprised that Olympic athletes and Apollo astronauts share the same trainer. Doesn't seem like these two activities would have overlapping skill sets like that. For starters, it's probably unsafe to actually throw a javelin inside a lunar module. Those walls are made of, like, tin foil.

Doctors in the fields of medicine and quantum physics explain the science behind The Secret.

As you can see, the use of The Secret opens up a transdimensional portal, m-hai, in which high speed positrons collide with feel-good vibrations, creating a vortex of wealthonomy and happitude. Glavin!

Best selling authors and philosophers including Bob Proctor, John Assaraf, James Ray and Joe Vitale, explain how they have created lives of phenomenal success utilising The Secret.

To the Google!

Bob Proctor is another bogus self-help guru who runs an outfit called LifeSuccess Productions LLC. Hey, if these guys have the secret to eternal happiness, how come they have to spend so much time hawking merchandise on poorly-designed websites?

Anyway, this creepy Proctor asshole has written a book called "You Were Born Rich." His website declares on a garish blue masthead - "If you can tell me what you want, I can show you how to get it." Bob, I want you to go the fuck away and stop cheating sad, desperate people out of their hard-earned money with your lame, unoriginal collection of useless platitudes and easy answers. Can you show me how to get what I want?

An author, perhaps, if you want to define the term loosely. But he's not exactly Schopenhauer.

John Assaraf runs a ridiculous company called OneCoach that...say it with me now...teaches the secret for getting what you want in the business world! The only guy who would call this idiot a philosopher is maybe David Brent. (Or, for you American fans, Michael Scott.)

James Ray wants to offer you "wealth in all areas of your life." That is, unless they're referring to the assasin who killed Martin Luther King. Becuase, say what you will about that guy, but he was ambitious and knew how to get things done. Here's a taste of this Ray character's heady philosophical writings...

Just like the harmony created by each unique and important instrument in an orchestra causes your emotions to soar (like an eagle rising on an invisible thermal), complete harmony in your life causes your level of happiness, wealth and success to soar.

That kind of sounds like it was written by Stephen Colbert. "Like a majestic eagle rising on an invisible thermal, this War on Terror's about the really take off!" Otherwise, though, this guy's definitely on the level of a Heidegger or, at the very least, John Stuart Mill.

Finally, poor poor Joe Vitale. I'm going to insist you all visit his personal website, which has thus far been the highlight of my day. (And it's getting pretty late.)

Besides being one of the five top marketing specialists in the world today, and the world’s first hypnotic writer, Joe is also a certified hypnotherapist, a certified metaphysical practitioner, a certified Chi Kung healer, and an ordained minister. He also holds a doctorate degree in Metaphysical Science and another doctorate degree in Marketing.

Oh, well, a certified metaphysical practicioner. I had imagined he was the rogue loner of the metaphysical practicioner game, practicioning on his own out there with no licence.

And what the fuck is a hypnotic writer? Does he write while hypnotized? Is he writing prose that will actually hypnotize the viewer? Is it just an entire book saying "You are getting sleepy...your eyelids are getting heavy...look at this picture of a stopwatch and imagine I'm waving it in front of your face...everything's getting dark..."

Seriously, I love that paragraph. I'm going to make it my description in my Blogger profile. It fucking rules. I'd say it's probably the most hilarious resume I've ever seen. I wanna be a certified Chi Kung healer!

Anyway, four testimonials, four egregious lying phonies. I thought this was some great secret! How come they can only get hucksters to appear in their video discussing its intricacies and details? Were Stephen Hawking and Thomas Pynchon unavailable during the week they "borrowed" that camera from Best Buy? You know, before they had to return it to get their money back?

Tonight, a guy came into the store looking for The Secret, and after I told him we didn't carry that title, he actually told me the secret. (He claimed to want the film only to see how the filmmakers are reapplying a very old technique called "visualization.") All of these guys in the film are pitching the same line, which is pretty much a variation on "the power of positive thinking."

As in any kind of visualization exercize, they tell you to imagine the thing you most want in the world all the time as a way of actually achieving that goal. It's the same idea behind the sports psychologist telling his patient to imagine the ball going through the hoop or into the cup. First you see it in your mind, then you reproduce that action in reality.

I don't doubt that this could work on some level, becuase it's built on one of the most simple and logical principles in all of Communication. Humans can detect confidence, even on a subconscious level. Someone's facial expressions, body language, tone of voice and mannerisms communicate as much, if not more, than what they actually say. So if we make an effort to project confidence, people pick up on that and assume we know what we're talking about. Thus, imagining that you are successful will cause people to treat you with respect, which will in turn cause you to become successful.

A-duh. Most clever, alpha-dog individuals figure this out on their own by junior high school. If you talk to girls like a frightened little supplicating puppy dog who desperately wants their companionship, they will not take you seriously. But if you act aloof like you don't care what they think, they won't be able to resist blowing you underneath the stairs in the back of the gymnasium during the Holiday Dance.

(I only figured this out a few weeks ago, but it occurs to most guys much earlier.)

The Secret adds one additional level. You don't just visualize the thing that you want, you actively force yourself to believe that this thing has already happened, much in the way a devout Christian forces him or herself to believe that a man turned water into wine and came back from the dead.

Yeah, it's insane. (At least Christianity has several thousand years of tradition and history.) They encourage you to become delusional, pretending to achieve things that you have not achieved. I think Jon Lovitz used to teach this same technique on "Saturday Night Live."

And the proof they offer for their program's success, before you shell out $20? A few douchetards who have become rich teaching other people about the program. This is like when fundies try to prove stuff in The Bible by quoting from The Bible.

What about all the people who try The Secret and then don't become rich and famous hawking The Secret? They're just walking around with a strong belief that they're millionaire playboys. They're still just braindead slobs! You've now done these people a significant disservice. Before, they were just miserable losers. But now they're miserable losers in an advanced stage of denial.
Well done, Joe "Mr. Fire" Vitale! By the way, that's a stupid nickname! And you look like a doofus! And your poorly-written and unconvincing personal website makes me doubt your abilities as a self-proclaimed marketing genius!

Judging by your post, you won't wanna tune in to Larry King Live tomorrow night (11/16/06)... He's got James Ray, Jack Canfield and John Assaraf as guests.

Or maybe I TOTALLY CAN'T WAIT TO TUNE IN!

Seriously, though, these guys should really be careful about advertising this thing on television. It's supposed to be a secret!

i just did a search to see what others are saying about this Enormous Load of Crap. my favorite part of the movie was when it implied that if you get gay-bashed, it's your own fault for thinking about it happening. my boss made me watch it.

Thank you! Thank you! for your humorous bash of the Secret. I heard about it from the blog www.nathanexposed.com. The hair on the back of my neck stood up as I read about his excitement. Stuff like this frightens me...maybe because I had a friend succumb to the Landmark Forum, maybe because I went to a rather evangelical high school and kids kept asking me if I’ve been saved, maybe I watched one too many infomercials. I tried to find criticism of the Secret through google but found little. Interestingly, googling "Secret Bob Proctor Christian" gave me your blog. I am glad it did. After a good refreshing laugh, I do not feel so dirty or frightened. You give me hope.

Dude, my wife was totally tripping on the Secret because it was on Oprah(ASS seen on Oprah.) I recognized some of the speakers and schtick from being in the promotional speakers business in the 90's. The best way to find out about this is go to google and type in fraud, asshole, scam, etc by each of their names. That is how we found this site. The people behind the Secret are brilliant. Get a bunch of speakers, relabel them as "philosophers", have them get cool haircuts, get them on Oprah et voila, what is old is new again! The next generation forks over their money and after they are broke they get to learn about hard work and what it really takes to change your life. Feet on the ground people! Change is hard work, listen to your heart, not someone with a book to sell.

I haven't seen the movie the secret, but I recently (yesterday) attended a free James Ray Seminar in Greenville, South Carolina. James Ray is a very accomplished entertainer. He is also a superficial, self-absorbed purveyor of complete bullshit who takes advantage of people who are too stupid to figure out their own problems. You wouldn't believe the load of crap he asked people to swallow as he maniulated them into some kind of self-help frenzy. I swear that his core audience has so little sense of self worth, and have looked under so many stones for answers that they have stopped thinking for themselves. I'm sick and disgusted.. But, to be honest, I was quite entertained.

Sincerely,

John J. Carroll

Nice blog

Here's how David Schirmer started getting all those cheques in the mail

In regards to Schirmer, he is seriously coming undone down in Oz, and is proving to be a conman of the highest order, but then what else would you expect of people who claim that you just need to visualize something for it to appear. He has obviously been visualizing other peoples money!! There have now been 3 episodes on A Current Affair.

My wife borrowed the movie and my mom gave me the book to read. I refused to read the book and the movie was complete load of crap.

I know a lot about emerald tablet and the whole beginning scene of some guy copying The Secret down from the tablet and then burring the tablet is such a load of crap it sickens me.

The emerald tablet has nothing to with the law of attraction and nothing to do with this load of crap called The Secret.

If the author wanted any sort of credit, she should have listed references to the great works of man and shown examples of how their text's hide The Secret instead of some lamo meta freaks talking down to you.

David Schirmer is being investigated by the authorities down in Australia for FRAUD. He has misled people, lied, cheated, stolen and been a general bastard to take for himself. It looks like a group of people funded his businesses and he has used that moeny to buy himself a house and cars, artwork and furniture. Now the people are asking for their money back and Schirmer spent some of the money setting himself up legally so when they did ask for it back he would not have to give it back. Now he's the one squealing because of all the negative press. He is also publicly blaming Bob Proctor for his mess. Seems to me like Schirmer is the black sheep of the family and cant act honest if he's paid to. Can't wait to watch the trial by the courts and the media.

Schirmers at it again, trying to sell Tony Robins tickets to get a free ride to his seminar.

For Christs sake Schirmer, who the hell gives a shit whether Tony Robbins helped you or not the fact is YOU HAVE STOLEN FROM PEOPLE AND REFUSE TO RETURN WHAT IS NOT YOURS.

Until you get that through your head your business will suffer. Interesting how you quote that you have made sooooooooooo much money but where the hell is it you idiot? If you have made so much WHY ARE YOU SO IN DEBT? Why do you owe all these people so much money. If you can trade like you think you can then where the hell are the returns? If you think you can preach at people because you are better than them in every way then why the hell are so many people so hurt at what you have done.

Quit the lies and come clean otherwise suffer the consequences you idiot.

David and Lorna Schirmer are an absolute disgrace to the secret and everyone else involved in it. I'm sure none of them are perfect but the Schirmers have stripped any amount of truth the secret. It was meant to be helpful to people and they have made a complete mockery of it and Bob Proctors stuff apparently.

The Secret is actually about the Law of Attraction. Believe me, there are much better books on the Law of Attraction than The Secret...and yes, The Secret is pure hype!

I've had very good luck with the Law of Attraction.

Anonymous said...

Wow, what a bitter pessimist you are. I'm not saying The Secret is all genuine - clearly one or two or the people in there have been exposed as misleading cons - but the law of attraction is pretty much like gravity. It's science. Which, I guess, is why you keep attracting bitter, pessimistic things to talk about. Huh. My business actually is a member of John Assaraf's company and we've tripled our revenues this year. But you just keep on keepin' on. The rest of us will enjoy attracting happier people and lots more cash.

If you thought The Secret smacked of Da Vinci Code then take a look at Aussie Secret Teachers website and make your own mind up whether they USED the Da Vinci Code on www.mindandmoney.net

Schirmer has admitted several times in posts on the web that this was designed as a marketing campaign, one I recall was on youtube.

The Secret IS a repackaged marketing campaign designed to rake in as much money as possible as quickly as possible. I don't know what has happened to David Schirmer but I'm sure he'll need to face the music real soon.

Nothing Schirmer creates seems original. Have you seen the website www.schirmerexposed.co.nr. There are loads of links on that which explains all the hustledorkery.

The 7 Figure Marketing School - Better know as Online Den If Thieving FUCKS!

PART 1:

Thank God - I found a website where people are on the ball with these lowlife slags that steal money from the poor!

I got an email on 3rd of December 2009. Clicked on the link for the web sales page http://www.the7figuremarketingschool.com/

To be honest, I was intrigued about the book and Dvd on Neuroscience. I thought that for $8.95 which was to ship the book and dvd to me was worth a look.

This is a product by a lowlife called JOHN ASSARAF - A slippery greedy-eyed turd with arms and legs attached.

The web page mentions that you get 30 days access to their member site. I took a quick look and realised that is was garbage.

I never intended to use their toilet of a site..

There's a mountain of great free IM learning stuff all over the web. The stuff he and Vick Strizheus are teaching is for the retarded (no offense intended to them).

After a few weeks went by, there was no sign of the workbook or Dvd. (Still not received as of today 6th Jan 2010)

I went to the site and tried to log in - but could not, even with the username and password they sent me. (There's a fucking surprise!)

There's no email address to contact them on this site either.

Their system would not allow me to register and therefore I could not open a ticket to communicate with these shitbags.

I returned to the original sales page and found a contact link at the bottom. I emailed them twice here: admin@the7figuremarketingschool.com

(I just went to the site and they have removed the email address and it now takes me straight to their login page - which I am locked out of!)

I clearly stated in my two emails to them on 16th and 17th December 2009 that I had not received the book and dvd and as they hadn't replied, I made it clear that I believed they were a scam and told them NOT to enter me into ANY kind of 'forced continuity' scheme.

They totally ignored both my emails. At this time, I'd already received the receipt for the workbook and dvd shipping bill for $8.95. It said nothing about any future monies to be paid at any time - monthly or otherwise.

I received another email "Pending Payment":
Dear Anthony M********,

Thank you for signup. Your payment status is PENDING.
Please complete payment as described.

Your User ID: ***crusher**
Your Password: **scorpion**

Your may log-on to your member pages at:
https://www.the7figuremarketingschool.com/amember/member.php
and check your subscription status.

Best Regards,

******************

Notice that it clearly states that I should complete the payment! I did not at any time.

The login did not work!

As I said, I could not get access to their ticket system at that time.

The 7 Figure Marketing School - Better know as Online Den If Thieving FUCKS!

PART 2:

On the 3rd of January 2010, I received an email which was a receipt for the amount of $67 which these thieving lowlife fucks stole from my debit card.

These are JOHN (fuckface) ASSARAF and VICK (nonse) STRIZHEUS! The 7 Figure Marketing School AKA School For Lowlifes.

I now discovered that they have given me access to their website. I immediately demanded that these shit eating fucks give me my money back.

They had two filthy slags operating the so-called 'get fucked' desk and led me on for two days. (Jared McCart and Nicole W)

Constantly adding one lie onto another.

That wanker Jared (shit eating fuck) told me that they get about 20 cancellations a day (I wonder why?) and that they do not refund as they pay their affiliates immediately upon taking the shipping order.

What a lying useless prick! How can they do that before they first get to steal the first $67 from us 30 days later.

Of course they don't refund as it would entirely defeat the object. Why steal from us and the give it back?

He then told me that if I were to be more polite instead of calling them, "Dirty lowlife thieving Scumbags", that they may consider refunding me.

Yeah - righty-ho! I'm gonna ask these criminal thieving roaches politely to "please can you kindly give me back the fucking money you stole from me?" BOLLOCKS!

My first two emails were polite. Once ignored - politeness goes right out of the fucking window!

Then the lying nonse Jared McFart tells me that my emails that I sent them 'Don't Exist'.

It's lucky for him that he's miles away and hiding behind his computer - I can tell ya.

This was after I'd copied and pasted them into the ticket I sent to him - 3 fucking times.

The scam is this:

They make us a free offer, but we have to pay for the shipping - fair enough.

But once they get our 16 digit card number - WE'RE FUCKED!

They then make it impossible for us to contact them and cancel a membership THAT WE HAVE NOT AUTHORISED AND ARE NOT AWARE OF.

30 days later, we realise we've been butt-fucked. Then they tell us that the onus is on us to cancel the membership.

And remember, they don't refund because they reckon that they pay their affiliates immediately. (have they not heard of the term, "Clawback?"

I have been locked out of the member area and cannot now email them with any further abuse. I was hoping to at least get a month's worth for my money - but can't even get that.

When you see that smarmy smiling, dopey-looking thieving shirt-lifting fuck JOHN ASSARAF - think twice before listening to any of his bollocks and buying his lies!

I hope John Assaraf gets cancer to his bollocks and his cock drops off!

Somehow I stumbled onto this site. I'm grateful because it's amazing to hear the perspective of people who are 'unsuccessful'. Thank you for enlightening me.

Just one question...have you seriously ever spoke to a woman before?

OK someone said hte law of attraction was science. This load of crap is measurable? Quantifiable? The effect can be reproduced by an independent researcher over and over again?

Calling something a law or saying it is science don't make it so Jake! Let's see I'll visualize a hot hunk taking me out to dinner at a 5 star restaurant. If this is science then my neighbors can all visualize the same thing and we will all meet at Chez Louis tonight. Because we will ALL have the exact same result if we follow the laws of attraction.

I stumbled on this site when I was looking for a few of the speakers from "The Secret".

It is now 2010 and I have gone back to it and "What the Bleep Do We Know" for inspiration when my life started to fall apartment. I was drinking daily, losing my very successful business and almost called off my wedding.

Why?

Becuase I formed a negative phychology that unfortunately is very dominant on this site. I agree some of the speakers may be cheesy, but the overall message holds true and I challenge anyone to try it.

Since watching both videos again , I haven't drank, my business is under control and actually growing (I buy large apartment communities and renovate them) and amazing things have happened in my life that cannot be explained...but other than focused thought and the belief that they would come to pass. I plan focus on what I want out of each day and truly believe it will come to pass. The fear and the hate have disappeared now that I have felt, witnessed the ability to manifest my own future just by thought and conviction alone.

It is easy to be cynical and hate the world, especially in these times. I did that for 3 years and almost lost everything including my life...my health was horrible!

Now life is effortless and I have a peace of mind that is equal to being truly affluent and the money has followed. I love myself again...The 3 years prior I was helpless and simply planning to drink myself to death. This has been such a surprise to me, it really worked! My inner stregth is more powerful than I could have possible imagined.

The law of attraction is very powerful. I won't say anything bad about anyone that posted on this site, but will point out the obvious. You did find more of what you focused on.

You then want a case with the prefix “NSD”, the sequence number “173? and the year “2008?. “Lifesuccess Productions” LLC is Bob Proctor’s outfit. Turns out he’s SUING his good buddies David and Lorna Schirmer for “Mislead. or deceptive conduct”.

Both Mr and Mrs Schirmer done for MISLEADING AND DECEPTIVE CONDUCT. Jekyll and Hyde it appears.

I would have to ask though. Are you rich or just crying and whinging because others around you are and your not.

The only reason you would write this is because your sad and a loner and looking for attention because your poor, sitting at home with nothing better to do.

Love living life, be grateful for what you have.

The true secret is Gratitude and Love. After all Love and Wisdom are the only things that transcend time.

So I have to say, I have mixed feelings on The Secret. I actively practiced it's teachings for a few yr's. By following the principles, whether coincidence or not, I met my life partner, found a new home, new job and although I'm not a millionaire, I am making more than I was at my old job and have a much better prospect for advancement and am generally a lot happier. I also have aquired a lot of material possessions by visualizing that I had them and I'd turn up at the right place at the right time and get things for free or great deals. BUT...... wholeheartedly believing you've acheived things before they happen can lead to delusions. This did happen to me and it affected my family members/ relationships. I prematurely quit my job b/c I was so confidant I'd find another dream job right away with the Law of Attraction techniques. This did not bode well w/ my spouse or family members and lead to debt due to unemployment that I'm still paying off and probably will be for the next 3yr's. These strong held delusions of success before it happened also lead to a 24hr self admitted stay at a pshychiatric hospital at the urging of my family. This transpired because I was so confidant these things that I desired were going to happen that I started talking about them as though they already had to people. In my mind I just thought I was following the philosophies of these self help guru's, but to everyone else it was a red flag for mental illness and in retrospect I can see why. In reality the Secret teaches you to become delusional and it did lead me in to a 9 month severe depression after quitting my job. Luckily, everything has worked out for the best. I like my new job, but it's not my passion. I was unemployed for 3 months, temped for 6, before going on to my most recent permanent position. I no longer actively practice the philosophies of the Secret, and life is going seemingly well. But I do sometimes wonder if I would have "manifested" all of the good things that came in to my life, had I not been actively practicing the LOA teachings or if it was merely coincidental and everything would have happened any way? I guess we'll never really know. At this point, I believe in working hard, staying positive, living responsibly and taking life one day at a time. I'm not going to go as far as labeling The Secret or it's teachers all frauds, but definitely don't let future aspirations take over your present or make major life decisions based off of the belief that you can make something "manifest" in your life by thinking it in to fruition. I guess I'm somewhat of a cautionary tale in some regards. And incase you are wondering, I am college educated, have no history of mental illness and am in general a highly intelligent and rational person. But yes, when practicing the LOA seemed to work, I did get caught up in it and my belief in it's power lead me to make some poor decisions and inevitably act irrational.

Wow! So much hate lol. Well, most of the FREE stuff I’ve learned from these guys has helped me quadruple my income in the last year. Call it what you will, but the proof is in MY pudding.
